Our wide range of adapter closures and specialist solutions dedicated to the bag in box system has been extended by another one – a protective plug for a butterfly tap (so-called peel off).

Recently, our machine park has been enriched with a line for automatic heating of protective foil for butterfly taps. The solution allows you to apply foil to taps from different manufacturers.

The protective foil is designed to protect the spout of the faucet against accidental dirt, especially during bottling and packing into cartons.

It is a solution that increases the aesthetic value of the packaging and is a form of the proof of closure (tamper evident). Which is especially recommended for producers of unusual drinks, juices or alcoholic products.

The pell off solution can be offered with taps with different body and cap colors and used in aseptic filling packaging.
