Bag in Box are perfect for the chemical industry, because they can store both liquid and semi-liquid products. We have packaging suitable for cosmetic products - cream bases, disinfectants, cleaning gels, soaps and washing liquids, cleaning agents, but also engine oils, washer fluids, adhesives, paints, liquid fertilizers or additives for the food industry, such as colorants, aromatic compounds, emulsifiers, thickeners.
Bag in Box are tight and durable, which is guaranteed by a number of quality control tests. It is possible to produce ADR-certified packaging with the UN mark, suitable for the storage and transport of hazardous materials (e.g. adhesives, solvents, bases produced in the form of chemical synthesis). A large selection of available volumes allows you to choose the bags ideally suited to the needs and expectations of customers
Bag in Box are made of two types of foil, creating a total of 4 layers. The first one, placed inside the package, is a transparent LLDPE foil.
The outer layer can be adapted to the requirements of the stored product.

The other elements of the bag are the collar and tap or plug.
The bags can be used as a stand-alone packaging or closed in a compatible carton, creating a product ideal for retail sale. Cardboard packaging can also be personalized by adding your own labeling.
For the production process, we use selected materials from certified European suppliers, and thanks to close quality control, we can ensure appropriate technical, physical and strength parameters in every batch of goods delivered to customers.
